These terms describe the permitted use and limits of Hesaplayın’s U.S. calculator experience.

1. Educational estimates
Hesaplayın provides browser-based calculation tools for general educational and planning purposes. Results depend on the values, assumptions, rounding, and formulas shown on each page. A result is not a quote, offer, guarantee, certification, diagnosis, tax filing, appraisal, legal opinion, or professional recommendation.
2. High-impact decisions
Do not rely solely on a calculator result for medical, financial, tax, investment, lending, insurance, employment, housing, legal, or safety decisions. For example, a mortgage estimate does not replace a lender’s Loan Estimate; a tax estimate does not replace a tax return; and a health estimate does not replace clinical assessment. Confirm relevant information with qualified professionals and current official sources.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate information, reviewing assumptions, verifying output, and using the site lawfully. Do not enter sensitive credentials, protected health information, Social Security numbers, bank information, or data you are not authorized to use. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service at a harmful scale, or use it in a way that harms others.
4. Availability and changes
We may modify, update, add, remove, or discontinue calculators, content, sources, interfaces, or features. Laws, rates, data sources, tax rules, lender terms, and medical guidance can change. We aim to show source and review information where it materially affects a tool, but users must verify current information before acting.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s original content, interface, branding, and code are protected by applicable law. You may use the calculators for personal or internal business purposes. Republishing site content, framing it as your own service, or using automated extraction at a scale that burdens the service requires prior permission.

Some pages link to official agencies and other third parties. Those links are provided as a convenience. Hesaplayın does not control third-party content, availability, privacy practices, or decisions, and a link is not an endorsement or partnership.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every result is complete, current, error-free, suitable for a particular purpose, or available without interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
